Initial Consultation

The first step in your renovation journey is to book a 15-minute initial consultation with us at no cost to you! You can ask us questions about the process to understand what it is like working with us.and get to know your vision or your current house plans, if you have any.

Client Brief | Site Visit

Once you decide to move forward with us and sign off the proposal, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out so we can learn more about your preferred house design style and what you are looking for in your space. We will also schedule a site visit so we can see the space in person and start to get a feel for what it could become. This is the perfect opportunity to start getting into the nitty-gritty of your project.

Concept Design & Development

After we have all the information we need, our team of design experts will get to work on creating a concept for your space. This is where we take all your wants and needs and turn them into a reality. We will create mood boards, cabinetry drawings, suggested floor plans, design specifications, and 3D renders to give you an idea of what your space will look like.

Final Design

Once you have approved the concept design, we will proceed with the final design. This is where we take care of all the details based on your feedback from the concept design. We will finalise all the materials, finishes, and furniture selections to ensure you are happy with everything.

Design Documentation

Once you are satisfied with the final design and ready to move forward, we will start creating the schedule and detailed specifications for your builder. This includes:

Tile Mark Ups
Specifications Schedule
Renders & Digital Mood Board
