Initial Consultation

The first step in your renovation journey is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with us! This is where we will meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your vision and review existing house plans if you have any. You can also ask us questions regarding the process to get a sense of what it's like to work with us.

Client Brief | Site Visit

Once you have chosen to work with us and sign off on the proposal, we will send you a client brief to fill out. This will help us better understand your lifestyle, how you use your home, and what your goals are for the renovation as well as the budget. We will also schedule a site visit to get a better understanding of the space we will be working with. This is where we take measurements and photos to help us with the next steps.

Concept Design & Development

Next, we will begin working on the concept design for your renovation. This is where we start to really bring your vision to life and narrow down the style and look of your renovation. We will create mood boards, cabinetry drawings, suggested floor plans, design specifications, and 3D renders so you can get a good sense of what the final output will look like.

Final Design

After you have approved the concept design, we will begin work on the final design. This is where we pull everything together based on your feedback and finalise all the details. If you have any specific requests, we will work to incorporate them into the design.

Design Documentation

Once you are satisfied with the overall house design and ready to get things going, we will start creating the schedule and detailed specifications for your builder. This includes:
